Our "Make It Right" Policy: If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within seven days of delivery. Depending on your preference and the situation, I will:

• Replace it: We’ll send out a fresh replacement of the same product immediately

• Refund it: We’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method
